I was an educator for 33 years – 14 years as a junior high math/science teacher in Wheeling, IL and 19 years as an administrator – the last 10 years as an Associate Superintendent for Instruction in Des Plaines, IL.
When I retired in 2006 I pursued my love of photography by taking classes through the Fine Arts department at McHenry County College. I was introduced to platinum/palladium printing and was intrigued by the process.
I currently live in Algonquin, Illinois with my wife and two dogs (Samoyeds).
